He is the managing partner of Bacciardi Partners. He specialises in domestic and cross-border corporate law; establishment of representative offices, branches, subsidiaries and joint ventures in Italy and abroad; cross-border M&A transactions; expatriation of Italian personnel and impatriation of foreign personnel in Italy.
He also deals with trusts, asset planning and protection as well as generational handovers and family business.

International Experience:

In 1998, Mr. Bacciardi interned at Darbys Solicitiors, in Oxford, England, where he conducted extensive research and drafted legal documents dealing with company law and tax law in the UK.
During the law studies, he took part and won the Moot Court Competition organised by Elsa Urbino, which was based on a corporate acquisition case.
In 1999, he presented a series of conferences in cooperation with Ramapo College of New Jersey – school of international studies. The lectures dealt with “norms and processes concerning the globalisation of companies.”
In 2001, he worked for The Erb Law Firm, P.C. in Philadelphia, USA, where he was involved in all aspects of corporate law and tax matters concerning domestic and foreign corporate clients. He also gained valuable experience in the implementation of international tax planning solutions for corporate clients under foreign tax regulation and international treaties.
