In particular, BACCIARDI and PARTNERS has provided advice and assistance aimed at optimizing the ownership chain of the distribution companies that LUBE Industries maintains in Spain.
The Firm has also provided assistance in the disposal of a real estate complex no longer functional to the marketing activities of LUBE products in Spain.
