By virtue of the entry into force of Legislative Decree No. 192/2021, the Italian legislator has finally implemented the so-called ‘2020 quick fixes’, set forth by the EU Directive No. 2018/1910 and aimed at simplifying the VAT rules applicable to intra-Community trade in goods.
The aim of the webinar is to provide the necessary information to enable companies, which have to manage the goods flow in B2B transactions with EU counterparts, to correctly execute the new fulfilments related to intra-EU supplies, deriving from the harmonisation of the Italian legislation to the EU ‘quick fixes’ Directive.
In the webinar, the speakers will illustrate, from a practical and operational point of view, the main innovations introduced by Italian Legislative Decree No. 192/2021 concerning:
- the conditions for the application of the VAT exemption to intra-EU supplies of goods;
- the intra-EU supplies of goods carried out under call-off stock arrangements;
- the chain sale transactions carried out within the European Union, i.e. successive supplies of goods from one Member State to another by means of a single dispatch or transport directly from the first supplier to the last purchaser.
The speakers are professionals with long and proven experience in international taxation and EU and international VAT.
The speech is in Italian.
