On November 6th, 2018 Bacciardi and Partners, together with Marchet-Azienda Speciale della Camera di Commercio di Ancona, will hold a specialized training seminar focused on the topic: “INNOVATIVE CORPORATE FINANCE SOLUTIONS TO SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES: Private Equity, Private Debt and Direct Lending, Mini-Bond and Listing at AIM”.

The seminar will address the advantages that Italian small and medium-size enterprises may obtain by raising corporate finance from sources other than the customarily banking institutions, in order to support their dimensional growth, especially in the foreign markets.
