Over the past three years, companies have adopted various strategies to counter pandemic and post-pandemic events that have shaken global supply chains.
However, the changing geopolitical environment, the push towards deglobalization and the sustainability regulatory measures now require new and structural changes in the organization and management of supply chains.
In this complex framework, it is absolutely necessary for companies to formalize their relationships with their suppliers in an appropriate manner. Indeed, there is a need to enter into contracts that allow for smooth and legally appropriate management of the procurement relationship, in compliance with well-defined mutual obligations.
The aim of the webinar, which will have a practical-operational approach, is to facilitate companies in evaluating and choosing the most suitable contractual solutions for managing relationships with Italian and foreign suppliers.
It will also point out some regulatory changes that introduce new contractual obligations between customer and supplier with regard to human rights and sustainability.
Free admission.
The speech will be in Italian.
