With the entry of Mr Renato Capanna, organization and business management consultant, Bacciardi and Partners acquires a new manager of the Corporate Finance and Merger & Acquisition department, which will be directed by Mr Capanna, together with  Mr Lorenzo Bacciardi LLM, current firm’s managing partner.

Renato Capanna began his career in the auditing sector, moving on to managerial consultancy, up to taking on top responsibilities in international companies.
