He is a partner of Bacciardi Partners and heads the International Taxation, Global Mobility as well as Customs Law Departments of the same. He specialises in national and international taxation, transfer pricing, EU and international VAT, global mobility, customs law and export control related matters (preferential and non-preferential origin of goods, customs classification and value, product labelling, customs seizure procedures, etc.), expatriation of Italian personnel abroad and inpatriation of foreign personnel in Italy.
