1974 – Law Degree, University of Urbino.
1976 – Professional qualification in Italy and admission to the Pesaro Bar Association.
After graduation and admission to the Bar, he supplemented the usual and recurrent studies with the following courses:

Practice areas:

He is the founder and Senior Partner of Bacciardi and Partners, heading its International Litigation and Arbitration Department. He focuses on disputes arising from international commercial agreements, M&A and JV transactions, shareholders relations and the like.

Professional Experience:

He has assisted Italian clients in numerous cross-border transactions worldwide, setting up joint ventures and new companies for some of the most important manufacturing firms in Italy. He has developed a vast professional experience in dealing with a wide range of diverse jurisdictions.

He is frequently consulted by Universities and branch offices of the regional Government on the development of foreign investment projects.

He is a lecturer in Master Degrees and Post-Graduate Programs teaching International Commercial Law and International Corporate Law and is the Chairman of the Italian International Arbitration Court “Leone Levi” – Delegation of Pesaro.
