Domenico Del Sorbo, LIBF Qualified Trade Finance Specialist, is a leading expert on international payments in Italy, with a particular focus on risk mitigation instruments (Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit and Demand Guarantees). In these areas, Domenico Del Sorbo provides training, consulting and practical and experience-based assistance to enterprises, Chamber System, Business Schools, SMEs and banking institutions.
He will work in synergy with the International Commercial Law Department, directed by Tommaso Mancini, which has recently extended its team with Arianna Remedi and Annalisa Salemme, who joined in early 2023, and in support of the structured and extensive line of services of Bacciardi Partners to Italian companies operating in the international procurement arena.
