On October 1st, 2019, our partners Enzo Bacciardi and Lorenzo Bacciardi, LL.M. will hold a lecture on the topic “TRANSFER BETWEEN GENERATIONS OF FAMILY-BASED BUSINESSES: Practical Solutions and Relevant Tax Issues” at the Master Program in: “THE TRUST IN PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE”, organized by NEST SRL and held at ODCEC (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili) of Pescara.
The lecture is aimed at illustrating the civil, corporate and tax instruments that facilitate the transfer between generations of family-based businesses and that are suitable to provide entrepreneurs and new generations with effective solutions to ensure the continuity and future development of their businesses.
