The seminar is aimed at advising multinational companies on the critical issues related to the possible taxation, in the foreign country in which they operate, of the fees paid by their contractual counterparts, as well as the ways in which they can obtain the reduction of – or the exemption from – the foreign withholding tax, in accordance with the provisions of the Convention for the avoidance of double taxation on income from time to time in force.
