It has been a special, dynamic, different day we spent on Friday, July 29: we made a major paradigm shift from the normal routine, which stimulated us to get involved in very challenging team building activities.
In the morning, we engaged in role playing focused on a case study that simulated an evolution process within a service structure, reorganizing resources and internal policies, defining vision and values, and designing managerial development. In the afternoon, the activities became even more challenging.
This allowed us to express our potential in the relational and communicative, organizational and design areas, and also provided us with the opportunity to share moments of enjoyment and group growth.
We have strengthened our vision and also our dreams, and we are even more convinced that, with tenacity and determination and perhaps even a dash of lucid foresight, we can conquer great goals.
The ultimate target has been to share the course toward an ambitious, courageous and unique future to which we strive with great determination.
On these values we want to base our great project: TOGETHER FORWARD, that is, we look forward with confidence and passion all together with our valuable employees.
And from here there is no turning back, ever!
