On July 20th, 2019, our partners Lorenzo Bacciardi, LL.M. and Tommaso Fonti, LL.M. will hold a lecture at the Master Degree Program in: “ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE AND CONTROL” organized by the BBS – International Business School of the University of Bologna.
The lecture will have a practical approach and will illustrate to the attending managers how to correctly interpret and apply in a pragmatic way the international tax rules, that have the greatest impact on the structuring of investments abroad and the internationalization processes, such as those on: tax residence, permanent establishment; CFC and taxation of Black List dividends; transfer pricing; foreign withholdings taxes and application of double tax treaties; as well as on expatriation of Italian personnel abroad and impatriation of foreign personnel in Italy.
