The seminar has a practical approach and illustrates to Italian companies active in international trade the advantages of using consignment stock arrangements and how they have to regulate and correctly manage the related contractual, tax, VAT and customs issues and formalities; this in order to avoid the risk of having a permanent establishment and/or incurring tax penalties.
The seminar also outlines the new rules regarding the consignment stock schemes in the European Union, which will come into effect starting from the 1st of January 2020.
